How much is shipping?
Delivery and shipping costs are kept simple…$14 for orders $300 and under, Australia wide.
Orders over $300 are shipped freight free Australia wide.
There are exceptions – Saddles, exceptional bulky goods (mount blocks, x-large rug racks and alike) and rugs are subject to further freight costs subject to size. Drop shipped items are $20 and rugs are $18 for one and $20 for more than one.
The actual freight cost will be deducted from any refund, and may be more than $14.

What are your delivery times?
We ship and freight with Australia Post, and Fastway Couriers, and we reserve the right to send with either company. We take into consideration the destination address, and ship all orders registered, with tracking numbers, to assure you get the best service and timing possible. If you would like your order express shipped, this may cost extra, please ask for a quote in the comments area of you order.
Ordered received before 3pm, are shipped same day, and orders received after 3pm are shipped the next business day. If goods ordered are not in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss your options, how long it will be before we have stock, or alternate or newer stock. Tracking numbers will be texted to your phone, or emailed to you once you order is shipped, so orders can be tracked and traced to your door.
Delivery Time frames are very dependent on your delivery address. The track and trace numbers for your order will give you an expected time of delivery. Any concerns about delivery times can be answered with a phone call or quick email enquiry with your postcode of delivery address.
Please note that Redgum Saddlery will not be held liable for any postage delays incurred by Australia Post or Fastways Couriers. It is your responsibility to advise us if the parcel has not been delivered. If an item is lost or not delivered, Redgum Saddlery will investigate the matter with Australia Post or Fastways. Then, depending on the outcome of such investigation and at the discretion of Redgum Saddlery, a replacement item will be sent. Furthermore Redgum Saddlery will not warrant the cancellation of an order as a result of delays with Australia Post or Fastways Couriers.
Please note that Redgum Saddlery will not be held liable for any postage delays as a result of peak period delays. It will remain your responsibility to ensure you take into account possible obvious delays with freight such as Christmas, New Year and Easter, whereby any regular delivery guide may not apply.
